Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs will not be billed if the return is a result of our error (Incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Returns made after 30 days, a restocking fee of 10% may apply
Should you need to make a return please email returns@surgigroup.com or call 1(718)925-2911, in order to receive an RA (Return Authorization).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
- Our standard shipping method for most orders is FedEx Ground (A surcharge will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Smaller items may be shipped with USPS and will include tracking details. Delivery dates are estimated based on availability of items, shipping options chosen, and time of day order was received.
- At time of shipment, you will receive an email notification with tracking information for your order

Depending when order is received, shipping date estimates may vary:
- All Orders processed at or before 4:30 PM EST Monday-Thursday, will be shipped same day
- All Orders processed at or before 3:00 PM EST on Friday, will be shipped same day
- All orders placed after 4:30PM EST Monday-Thursday and 3:00PM EST Fridays will be shipped next day
Overnight Shipping
- Overnight shipping is available, costs will be estimated and charged to your payment method at checkout.
Note: Overnight shipping rates are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping company we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
International Shipping
- International shipping is available, please Contact Us if ordering outside of United States.
Note: Restrictions apply on certain products. Certain products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
